So I drove out to Navarre, FL today in search of bike trails for when the hundred degree days return to the panhandle. Got a couple of great photos of Vimto, my Fusion.
I also came out to my parents today. Figured I might as well do so on Oppo as well. "Hello, my name is Smudgey, and I'm gay."
Enjoy the snowstorms ladies & gents.

good for you. I'm a devout advocate of lgbt rights along with Deaf rights since I'm Deaf and many of my good friends are lgbt. I got your back if you need it.
And nice pictures, that car looks sharp.

I love the drop dead looks of the Fusion. (1st point) And what difference does that make? (2nd point) I like the name Smudgey. This is Oppo, we don't judge based on that other crap. We judge based on your comments about cars. (or whatever) and usually not then either.

I'm not new to Oppo haha, I've been on here as an author for months and lurking many moons before that. I had a Mercury Grand Marquis named Bonnie that I would write Panther-related tales for.
I have seen some others on here make personal statements about themselves so I figured I would do the same. As for the name, its a childhood nickname that has stuck with me into adulthood because I would always get fingerprints all over my glasses.

That's awesome, and I likewise offer my support to you should you ever need any.
Thanks - - I definitely feel like I picked the 'looker' of the midsize sedan class, maybe even within the Fusion lineup. I can't stop staring at it long after the chemical rush from purchasing it faded.

I really wish we didn't live in a time where you had to actually come out. It shouldn't matter at all. I'm so pissed that the country is full of hatred and bitterness for no real reason!!!
I'm not even part ofthe lgtb group but I'm a strong supporter just because it shouldn't matter one bit.

It went well, I wasn't expecting much of an argument from them and thankfully I didn't get one. However, quite a few friends who are younger than me (I'm almost 20) will never talk to me again. I'm not concerned about it; if they for some reason don't understand that anything I do will not affect them in any way then I don't want to be associated with them.
